„Schöne Anlage, Essen solala, Personal entäuschend
Schöne Anlage mit kleinem Wald. Schöner Strand und viele verschiedene Liegemöglichkeiten. Grosse und moderne Zimmer.
Trotz renovierten Zimmer ist einiges schon defekt oder wird nicht gepflegt. Die Reinigung im Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch und meistens wurde etwas vergessen (bspw. neue Handtücher). Das Essen am Buffet war meist kalt und vertrocknet und leider auch nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war leider sehr demotiviert und man fühlte sich bei ihnen nicht Willkommen.

„Schöne Hotel Strand paar Schritte entfernt und Natur schöne erhalten aber die Mitarbeiter müssen noch lernen mit Gäste u
Es hat mir gut gefallen
Gewisse Mitarbeiter die mir und meine Tochter nicht behandeln haben, weil wir sagten, wir seien einheimische. Haben sie Kommentare raus gelassen wie „ sicher hat dein Mann die Wahlen gewonnen, deshalb konnte er euch (mich und meine Tochter) dahin schicken“. Die einheimischen werden schlechter behandelt. Wirst besser behandelt wenn du fremdsprachig bist. Dir Bankautomaten hatten kein Geld 3 Tage lang und die anderen in der Nähe vom Hotel waren von der Bank Popular, wenn du Banreservas hast bekommst du kein Geld. Konnte keine richtige Trinkgeld geben da ich keine Cash hatte nur Karte. Kinder keine Schlüssel und das war stressig.
